Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the station and central to everything I wanted to see. The room I was originally given was a bit small, and the breakfast wasn't the freshest, but the service was top-notch with helpful staff offering great tips for exploring Florence.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had some issues like a tiny shower with low water pressure, occasional electricity outages, and uncomfortable beds. On the bright side, they were close to the reception. The street noise from a nearby bar/ristorante was bothersome at night. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, offering easy access to all the main sights in Florence.
The hotel is conveniently located in Florence's historic center, within easy walking distance of all the sites and great restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller side, but offer a cozy space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The service is welcoming, with staff going out of their way to enhance our trip, including restaurant recommendations. The dining options are varied, with a selection of cakes, ham, cheese, and yogurt. However, some breakfast items were not up to standard. The location is the best quality, being just a short walk from the train station and the Duomo.
The hotel is located in a historic Renaissance building near the heart of Florence, making it a superb choice for sightseeing. The rooms are unique, with a huge wardrobe and multiple stairs leading to a room meant for single occupancy. The service provided is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Dining options are nice, but the hotel lacks certain facilities like a pool.
The hotel was at the very top, especially considering the price paid was truly awful. The rooms were dark and gloomy, with a tiny shower room and a trickle from the shower. There were electricity outages, a leaking air conditioner, uncomfortable beds, and a weird cupboard with a hanging rail too high to reach.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit cold as there was no heat, but the restroom was comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy, especially in the evening. Overall, our room was light and airy, which we enjoyed.
